Hunt Corporate Services, Inc is presenting a conference to answer the age-old question, “Should you Lease or Buy Your Commercial Real Estate?” The conference is presented in collaboration with Franklin, Gringer & Cohen, PC (Garden City) on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Carlyle at the Palace.
David Hunt, MCR, CCIM, SIOR, president of
Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. and Steven Cohen, partner at Franklin, Gringer & Cohen are speaking at 8:30 a.m. and closing with a question and answer session at 10:15 a.m. Guests will gain the information they need from these two experts in the fields of commercial real estate and law and learn the essential questions they must ask to determine whether leasing or buying is right for their business objectives. Everything from the basic questions to the importance of things such as cash flow analysis; why it is often better for fast growing companies to lease and not for profits to buy; how privately held companies should hold their real estate; the implications of owning real estate as well as ways to maximize deductions; and the Long Island marketplace today.
