04-02-2014 - NYSCAR to host annual Education and Marketing event April 2nd and 3rd

The NYS Commercial Association of Realtors, Inc. (NYSCAR) and The Hudson Valley NYSCAR Chapter will be hosting its 8th annual Education and Marketing event on April 2nd and April 3rd, at the Hyatt House Hotel and Conference Center, 100 Westage Business Center Dr. This is a two-part event. Education Day on April 2nd features Instructor Gary Vandenberg, CCIM, SEC, presenting the course he recently authored entitled "Wealth Creation Strategy through Investment Real Estate Ownership." This course will review specific strategies and techniques for the creation of wealth for real estate investor owners and clients. Education Day will run from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and NYS C.E. credit of 6 hours is available to licensed practitioners. The class is open to all interested professionals and investors; licensing is NOT required. The second event will be an Investment Property Marketing Session aka "Deal Making Day" on Thursday April 3rd. There will be a cash board, moderated package presentations, a Haves/Wants segment and quick pitches presented in the marketing session from 9 a.m. - 5p.m. This event is for Licensed Brokers ONLY please.
