The Buffalo Multifamily Investment Property Expo & Trade Show 2015 will be held February 28, at the Millennium Hotel (located at 2040 Walden Ave., adj. to the Galleria Mall). Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the Expo will run until 5:00 p.m. This "Multifamily Investment Property Event Of The Year," will consist of 12 of the finest multifamily educational sessions and a trade show made up of multifamily related vendors. Admission is free to the first 200 registered attendees and will also include a free lunch. The keynote speaker will be Russell Gullo, CCIM, CMIA, CEA, president of the R. J.
