A world guide to commercial real estate in 2013 and beyond will be offered to NYCREW members and guests on Tuesday, January 29 as the New York chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women's Network hosts a "Global Real Estate Trends in 2013" panel from 6 to 8 p.m. at the offices of UBS Financial Services, 1285 Avenue of the Americas. Dennis Yeskey, founder and managing partner of Yeskey Real Estate Consulting and Investments, and Jonathan Woloshin, co-head of sector research for UBS, will offer their views on the state of commercial real estate today, and how the market will trend for the year ahead. "We're delighted to welcome Dennis and John back to speak to our members, as they has done for the past several years, with their unique wisdom and insight about the year ahead. It's become a NYCREW tradition," said Shari Linnick, a vice president at Trepp LLC and 2013 NYCREW president. "We're looking forward to a lively and informative discussion that will prepare us for 2013 and beyond." After serving as a senior partner or principal in four major firms, Yeskey founded Yeskey Real Estate Consulting and Investments to help clients develop business, capital and operational strategies to invest in real estate and related opportunities. Woloshin has spent 25 years as a securities analyst, covering sectors including Real Estate Investment Trusts, homebuilders, healthcare, technology, industrial consumer staples and energy. This session is the first of a number of events NYCREW has planned throughout the year. The event is open to all interested in commercial real estate. Fees are as follows: NYCREW Members, $75; Non-members, $110; CREW Network Members, $90; and Students, $30. This advance registration rate is available through 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 25.
