Troutbrook Company seeking construction financing for two projects
New York City-based Troutbrook Company is presently seeking construction financing for two projects: a 85-room fully-approved adjacent select service hotel to the subject site in Allentown and a 90,000 s/f residential/mixed-use ground-up development at 210 Wadsworth Ave., Manhattan, under contract as a JV partner; scheduled to close in the next quarter subject to AG approval.
