Dean of Swig Equities signs four leases totaling 11,400 s/f at 825 East Gate

According to Kent Swig, president of Swig Equities, LLC, Jonathan Dean, senior VP of the firm, has completed four new leases totaling 11,400 s/f at the newly renovated property, 825 East Gate.
"We are very pleased that Swig Equities is showing leadership in leasing transactions for this newly re-launched commercial property," said Swig. "Ownership has invested a great deal in this property for current and future tenants, and we are happy to see that our quality upgrades are being so well received by current and prospective tenants."
Dean represented the property ownership in all four leases.
Bayada Home Health Care, a lead provider in 24-hour private duty nursing care and clinical services, renewed its 5,700 s/f lease for another five years. Henry Enterprises, LLC, a legal services company, signed a ten-year renewal in its 2,100 s/f office space. The IBC Group, an independent insurance agency that also provides securities and investment advisory services, renewed its 1,800 s/f office for another seven years. The body detox and cleansing spa Cleansing Concepts signed a new eight-year lease for 1,800 s/f.
"We are seeing demand from a variety of industries for this property, and Swig Equities is pleased to be able to represent a building that can satisfy the needs of such diverse tenant interests," said Dean.
David Sargoy of Brown Harris Stevens is the exclusive leasing agent for the property. Sargoy negotiated the IBC Group and Henry Enterprises, LLCs renewals, while his associate Michael Vitale represented Cleansing Concepts in its lease. The renovations and upgrades to this property have made it prime office space for an array of industries in this vibrant corporate community."
