What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2018?
Aligning three commercial owners with renewable conservation measures that made a truly successful impact on their business model and perpetual revenue considerations. 

What was the best decision that you made in 2018 and how did it impact your business? 
NYS Sustainable Corp. is a non-bias advisor to the commercial property owner on renewable energy resources.  Our decision to co-broker with commercial affiliates on perspective opportunities has not only impacted my business but scaled the firm.

What market trend(s) will impact your industry in 2019? 
Renewable technology is improving its efficiencies every day with optimal application considerations.  Our belief is that micro - substations of energy will integrate and alter the current source of utility model that delivers today’s energy on a local level. 

What was an unexpected event that occurred in 2018, and how did it impact your career or personal life?
NYS Sustainable Corp. is prospectively moving to an office on Madison Avenue NY.  This decision is highly likely to affect my business positively but may add limitations to time from a personal perspective.
