Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc., is a large regional real estate enterprise in the New York/New Jersey area. Its portfolio encompasses retail, office, industrial, and hotel properties. In 2009, seeking new, browser-based capabilities, Hartz upgraded to Yardi Voyager Commercial.
