Wollman of Quadriad Realty Ptrs. keynote speaker at IREM luncheon

The Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management held their monthly luncheon on September 17th at the New York Helmsley Hotel. The keynote speaker was Henry Wollman, chief executive officer of Quadriad Realty Partners. In 2006, Wollman founded the company with the Honorable Herman Badillo. Quadriad's mission is to initiate a new wave of 21st-century real estate development for the city and to focus on mixed-income residential development and a variety of related community development issues and to exploit effectively the strengths and unique skills of the private real estate development and finance communities. These broad urban planning and redevelopment concerns focus on affordable housing to sustain a diverse city demography. Commented IREM Greater N.Y. Chapter president James Hayden, CPM, "It is refreshing to learn about a company that specializes in mixed-income housing and concerns. All too often, housing development in New York City is focused on high end, high income properties affordable to a very few." The luncheon's networking cocktail hour was sponsored by IREM industry partner Jerome Aluminum.
