T. Weiss Realty Corp. leases 12,250 s/f at 532 Broadhollow Rd.

T. Weiss Realty Corp. has leased 12,250 s/f of office space at its Broadhollow Corporate Center to Integrated Medical Professionals, PLLC. The medical-services firm, now in Hicksville, intends to use the space for its headquarters and administrative offices. A September move is anticipated. Integrated Medical Professionals is a multi-specialty group formed in 2006 and composed of 13 different practices with more than 30 physicians on Long Island. Located in the prestigious Rte. 110 Corporate Corridor, Broadhollow Corporate Center at 532 Broadhollow Rd., Melville, is an 83,000 s/f, class A office building constructed by T. Weiss in 1996. A capital improvement project that includes elegant new entries and public areas and new landscaping, is being completed. "We are pleased to welcome Integrated Medical Professionals to Melville, which is Long Island's premier office location, and to our roster of high quality tenants," said Ted Weiss, president of T. Weiss. Other major tenants in the building include Hess Corp., Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International, Konica-Minolta Business Solutions, Sprint Nextel Corp. and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, The Integrated lease was arranged directly with the tenant by Craig Weiss, director leasing for T. Weiss Realty Corp.
