Stalco Construction hires Solloch as project manager

Stalco Construction, Inc. hired Joseph Solloch as project manager. Solloch's responsibilities encompass management of all pre-construction and construction activities, including client relations, estimating, scheduling and logistics, bid package development, subcontractor negotiations, quality control, progress reporting, site work, and project turnovers. Solloch currently manages the $5.6-million renovation of the SUNY Downstate Medical Center's food service facilities in Brooklyn, NY and renovations of Shelter Rock and Patchogue-Medford Library public libraries on Long island. Prior to joining Stalco, Solloch served as project architect at Baldassano Architecture; project manager at William F. Collins, AIA Architects, LLP; and project manager for the performing arts venue design/builder Theatrical Services & Supplies, Inc. His experience spans a cross section of mission critical/technology, office, retail, entertainment, education, and public projects. Solloch holds a bachelor of science degree in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology in Westbury. Headquartered in Islandia, NY, with a regional office in New York City, Stalco Construction, Inc. is a full-service general contracting and construction management firm active on Long Island and in the Greater New York area.
