Stage 3 Properties’ Ollie partners with Hello Alfred

New York, NY According to Stage 3 Properties, a leading specialist in micro-housing and co-living and creator of Ollie, the “all-inclusive living experience,” an exclusive multi-year partnership was made with personal butler service and on-demand concierge, Hello Alfred. Through this agreement, Ollie is the sole micro-unit partner of Hello Alfred.

Revolutionizing the real estate world, Ollie is one of the first of its kind micro and co-living experiences for urban renters with professionally designed, fully-furnished studios and shared suites, lifestyle-relevant services, amenity spaces and community engagement opportunities. Ollie was recently debuted at Carmel Place, one of the city’s first micro-unit buildings and beginning in February, all residents will have the opportunity to take advantage of Hello Alfred.

Hello Alfred is a weekly subscription service that manages your home and performs a multitude of tasks upon request. As an Ollie tenant, all included in monthly rent, each resident is provided with weekly visits from their personal home manager, an “Alfred,” who will tidy the apartment—which includes making the beds (changing linens, if a clean set is provided), doing dishes, and wiping down surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, and more. Additionally, Alfred will go grocery shopping and stock the refrigerator, pick up and drop off laundry and dry-cleaning, and if the tenant authorizes, put the folded laundry away in drawers and hang the dry cleaning in the closets. This is all facilitated via the Hello Alfred mobile app. 

By combining intuitive technology with human intuition, the longer you have Hello Alfred, the better it gets. Hello Alfred will automatically anticipate users’ needs before asking, leaving them free to live their lives.
