What recent project or transaction are you most proud of?
My East 50th Street deal was by far the most challenging deal I made. It proved to me that teamwork is extremely essential in making more deals happen in this business. I'm very lucky to have my team at Besen.
What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why?
When my family, especially my kids, tell me how proud they are of me to be running a business and making time for my family at same time, that's when I know I'm on the right track.
Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career and why?
Besen Associates. I'm learning from my mentors every day.
What is the first thing you do when you arrive in the office in the morning?
Return my voicemails and emails, then organizing the list of people I need to meet or reach out to for the day.
What time management strategies do you find to be the most effective for you?
Make sure that when I get a lead or speak to a prospective buyer/seller, I store their information and put a note when to call them back.
What is the best advice you have received and who was it from?
First lesson is to protect your commission in every deal....Mike Besen.

There are no friends in Real Estate.
