Savitt Partners completes four leases at 530 Seventh

Savitt Partners has completed the following transactions at 530 Seventh Ave.: Fortune Swimwear, LLC, signed a new five-year, 2,800 s/f lease. Richard Pugatch and Richard Seling of Coldwell Banker Commercial Hunter Realty represented Fortune Swimwear in the deal, while Marc Schoen and Michael Schoen represented Savitt Partners. Authentic Apparel Group, LLC, signed a three-year, 1,800 s/f commitment. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Michael Frantz of Newmark Knight Frank, while the owner was represented internally by Robert Savitt and Marc Schoen. Grass, Love Tease, and Roulette also signed a new lease for an undisclosed amount. Frantz represented the tenant while Marc Schoen represented Savitt Partners. ARF Apparel International, Inc. extended its lease for another five years and picked up an additional 1,800 s/f. The tenant was represented by Marc Schoen and Michael Schoen, while the ownership was represented internally by Robert Savitt. "The past several months have proved to be an incredibly active leasing period at 530 Seventh Avenue and demand is high in the building," said Marc Schoen. "We look forward to this continued demand in the coming years." Built in 1930, the 460,000 s/f, Art-Deco 530 Seventh Avenue is the premier location for many of the hottest fashion companies in the contemporary, junior and missy category, as well as designer, bridge, menswear, urban, footwear and accessory industries. Prominent tenants in the property include Perry Ellis, Max Mara, Chaus, LAMade, Michael Stars, TKE, Point A Showroom, Swatfame/Speechless, Hybrid Apparel, Carmen Marc Valvo and Kenneth Cole. Savitt Partners is a full-service commercial real estate company headquartered in New York City. Founded by Bob Savitt, the firm owns and/or operates a portfolio totaling nearly two million square feet of office and showroom buildings in Manhattan, including 530 Seventh Avenue, 525 Seventh Avenue, 218 West 40th Street, 499 Seventh Avenue and 11 West 19th Street. In addition to overseeing the leasing and management of its own assets, the firm provides superior leasing, asset and property management and investment services to other quality owners and tenants.
