Reversing the sale of a foreclosed coop so that my client could remain in the apartment that she had lived in for the past 40 years. How do you contribute to your company and / or the industry? I try to make everyone feel like they are my most important client. What advice would you give to women just starting out in commercial real estate? Pay attention, learn as much as you can from continuing legal education and have an experienced mentor with whom you may consult. How do you manage the work/life balance? Family first Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career? My father who was always so proud of me that I made sure to give everything I worked on 100% What impact has social networking had on your business? Facebook has exposed me to clients and contacts who I never before would have "met." It is a definite plus for my business.
