Rspline: Where vision meets reality led by Renee Del Percio and Gina Matsui

What do you get when you take a desire to step out on your own and match it with determination and hard work? This is the age old entrepreneurial formula for success. In 2005 Rspline Inc., a 3d computer rendering company was founded mixing this formula with two uniquely talented individuals - Renee Del Percio and Gina Matsui. Gina Matsui came to New York from Tokyo, Japan and worked her way up to a senior position in the top rated 3d computer rendering firm based in New York. Prior to becoming the creative director of Rspline Inc., Matsui had managed and created images for large scale projects from the Freedom Tower (World Trade Center) to Dellis Cay Resorts. Her vast experience includes high end condominiums such as 15CPW and Superior Ink. To give back to the town that received her so well she taught digital design at the School of Visual Arts in her spare time. Renee Del Percio amassed 20 years of experience in the residential construction industry. Previous to becoming the CEO of Rspline Inc., Del Percio was collaborating with a high end residential designer in New York. Her excellent managerial/communicative skills and discerning eye is an asset to Rspline. Together Matsui and Del Percio are successfully operating two East Coast locations. They have a firm in New York City and one in Atlanta, Georgia and are active members in the National Association of Professional Women. Using complex 3d modeling software Rspline creates photorealistic renderings. In other words, from a drawing, design or a basic idea a life-like image is created. Photorealistic renderings are a major cost effective real estate tool. Structural, facade, landscape and design decisions are made well before the building is actually built. With a computer generated rendering Rspline Inc.'s clients are able to present finished designs for faster project approval. City ordinances, community constraints and neighborhood covenant concerns are addressed and satisfied all before the first patch of ground is broken. Colors, texture, lighting and even furniture placement are not left to second guessing. Rspline also creates virtual tours that allow for an even greater impact in marketing a project. Among their many services as a high quality 3d rendering firm Rspline also offers architectural photography. Their clients are as impressive as they are and no project is too small or too large. They take each project under their careful and experienced wings and work professionally with all involved in the project. Lucinda Press, ASID, a senior associate at TVS Interiors had this to say about Rspline's finished product, "... you have done such a wonderful job and you have been an absolute pleasure to work with, thank you! We look forward to working with you in the future." John Free, the program manager at Cityscape Architects, Inc. said, "From the Cityscape team: Great job on these renderings, and for knocking them out on such a tight deadline! They look fantastic, thanks for rolling with the adjustments along the way." In addition to Rspline's many praises, they have the honor of sharing the prestigious ContentWise Magnum Opus Award for custom publishing. This award was the result of a collaborative effort with Kathryn Roberts and the team at Congregation Emanu-El of the City of New York and Rspline Inc. Rspline created an interactive website for Temple Emanu-El which can be seen at www.emanuelnyc.org. When asked to comment on the type of work Rspline does, Matsui said, "There are long hours, complicated details, many comments and revisions, but, it all seems worth it when the image(s) come out beautiful and the clients are happy with the end product. The most gratifying aspect is when the architect's design is built and the rendering we did for them becomes a reality - we look at the rendering and then the actual finished project and they are identical, it puts a smile on your face."
