RMS Companies launches development of Stratus on Hudson; 74-unit rental high rise designed by Boronson

Yonkers, NY RMS Companies, a Connecticut-based real estate development company, has launched its first development in the city. Stratus on Hudson, a new 74-unit rental high rise is located at 1077 Warburton Ave., close to the Greystone Metro North Train Station and downtown Yonkers and Hastings-on-the-Hudson. The architect was Kenneth Boronson, and the interior designer was Julia Walters, JL Design Associates.

From the eight-ft. windows within each designed apartment, to the numerous gathering spaces and roof deck lounge, each resident will be surrounded by views of the Hudson River. Amenities include a resident’s lounge with an entertainment kitchen, cappuccino-bar and fireplace, a full-size hi-tech fitness center with a private fitness-on-demand studio, a doggy spa, secured garage and a rooftop deck with outdoor TV’s, a gas grill and glass railing overlooking the Hudson River and the New York City.

Stratus on Hudson is located within walking distance of Untermyer Park and the Old Croton Aqueduct. 

Each apartment centers around nature-views, windows, nine-ft. ceilings, kitchens that feature white and grey marbled quartz countertops with designer-inspired hexagon tiled backsplashes, high-gloss white and grey kitchen cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. 

Bedrooms offer spa-inspired bathrooms with LED backlit mirrors, glass enclosed showers along with walk-in closets with built-in cabinetry. 

Each apartment offers wood plank vinyl flooring in the common areas, herringbone carpet in the bedrooms for comfort, and full-size washer and dryers. Balconies are available in some apartments and residents will enjoy package management system for convenience and 24-hour emergency maintenance service.

Hard hat tours are being conducted by appointment only. Residents will take occupancy in February.
