Richardson joins H2M as senior project engineer

Joel Richardson, P.E. has joined H2M architects + engineers as a senior project engineer, supporting the civil engineering group with the firm's real estate sector projects. Richardson has over 11 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on commercial land development, residential development and commercial site development in central Texas. Prior to joining H2M, he worked for Vigil & Associates, based out of Austin, Tex., where he was responsible for project design and project management. "I am excited about the challenges presented by relocating to Long Island, as well as learning new ways of solving the problems involved with land development," Richardson said. A licensed professional engineer, Richardson received a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. In his free time, Richardson enjoys golfing and following Texas Longhorns sports. H2M is a full-service consulting and design firm offering the expertise of more than 225 architects, engineers (water supply, civil/site, structural, M/E/P, wastewater and environmental), planners, designers, inspectors, surveyors and scientists. H2M meets the challenges associated with buildings and infrastructure and has been serving various markets throughout Long Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut for over 80 years.
