Ramalanjaona recieves MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute; Presented at L.I. chapter's December 3rd meeting by president Timoney

Tiana Ramalanjaona of Massapequa was presented with his MAI designation certificate by Kevin Timoney, MAI, president of Long Island chapter of the Appraisal Institute at the December 3rd, 2013 membership meeting. Ramalanjaona is currently an Appraisal Consultant for various appraisal firms and private clients throughout the N.Y. Long Island-metropolitan area. He proudly joins the rank of an elite group of real property appraisers. This group of designated appraisers has successfully earned the status of the Appraisal Institute's MAI designation, through a combination of the requirements of work experience, ethics, and successful completion of a rigorous education program. The Long Island chapter of the Appraisal Institute is the acknowledged leader in real estate appraisal education, publishing, research, and professional membership designation programs on Long Island. The Appraisal Institute encourages members to go beyond the minimum requirements of state licensing and certification by participating in these programs. The organization is committed to improving the level of appraisal services by providing the skills required to complete increasingly complex appraisal assignments.
