RAL Cos. & Affiliates' One Brooklyn Bridge Park welcomes first residents

With the first residents already moving in, One Brooklyn Bridge Park, a luxurious condominium conversion located within Brooklyn Bridge Park, continues to shine as Brooklyn's signature development. "We are extremely proud of One Brooklyn and are thrilled to be welcoming our first residents," said developer Robert Levine, president of RAL Companies & Affiliates LLC. "Buyers continue to be attracted to everything One Brooklyn has to offer from its amazing interiors to its unprecedented amenities to its awe-inspiring views of the Manhattan skyline." Located at 360 Furman St., the building offers a variety of spacious loft apartments, townhouses, and penthouses. Recently unveiled at One Brooklyn Bridge Park was the completion of the entrance lobby. The lobby recreates the original streamlined grandeur of the monumental 1929 building. One Brooklyn will also offer its new homeowners an amazing residents-only recreational facility, including a fitness center, yoga room, separate children's playrooms, art and music room, media/lounge, and 7,000 s/f of landscaped gardens. Additional features include indoor virtual golf and driving range, outdoor putting green, and onsite valet and concierge. The building also has 132 parking spaces available for purchase, in addition to a 500-car, on-site attended parking facility, which will serve park visitors as well as residents. Living in One Brooklyn Bridge Park will also offer unfettered access to Brooklyn Bridge Park. The 85-acre park, which is currently under construction with the first portion being readied for fall 2009 completion, will stretch 1.3 miles along the East River. The Developers Group, Stribling Marketing Associates and Spandrel Property Services handle sales and marketing for the project. The sales and design center is located in the building.
