Probably Ben Franklin, although a possibly a bit lecherous, I think he'd have a good sense of humor, be open to the many changes he'd find in our world today, and as an entrepreneur, he'd likely have insights to offer. Most likely I'd take him out for sushi. He'd probably be a quick learner with chop sticks.
