Education: Dartmouth College/ NYU Real Estate Masters First job outside of real estate: I was a fundraising director for CCS Fundraising, an international non-profit consulting firm. What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I currently manage leasing projects for Colin Development's retail portfolio from a mixed-use project in Greenpoint, Brooklyn to Long Island's Miracle Mile. One of the most interesting recent deals is the leasing of a Greenpoint, Brooklyn office space to a thriving digital marketing company which will transform the space into the ideal creative workspace. Additionally, I underwrite and discuss new acquisitions and developments with the company's acquisition team. Favorite book or author: "Finding Your True North" by Martha Beck Last song you purchased/downloaded? "Happy" by Pharell Williams One word to describe your work environment: Innovative. Rules to live by in business: Get out of your comfort zone and take risks. Help co-workers in your organization to be more effective and efficient. What is your dream job? My idea of the dream job evolves every day. It involves following my intuition and helping people get in touch with what they want and how they are going achieve their goals.
