Pro Con Inc. to complete 87,566 s/f Hampton Inn and Suites Hotel
The new Hampton Inn and Suites hotel located at 160 Corporate Boulevard is planning a June opening. The 150-key hotel, which is located in the South Westchester Executive Park just off the Sawmill Parkway, is being developed by FSG Yonkers Hotel, LLC. Pro Con Inc of Manchester, New Hampshire is the architect and construction manager for the design build hotel, which will be managed by Colwen Management of Nashua, New Hampshire.
The 87,566 s/f, 4-story hotel will offer king and queen rooms, and 37 studio suites. The suites will have a sitting area with a pull-out sofa sleeper and a wet bar with a refrigerator and microwave. All the guest rooms will offer complimentary high speed Internet access and wireless Internet access will be available in the lobby. The public areas of the hotel will include a full service bar, breakfast area for the hotel's complimentary weekday breakfast, a "Suite Shop" selling snack and sundry items, an indoor pool and fitness room. The hotel will also have a flexible space conference room.
Pro Con Inc began site work on the design build project in March 2008. In addition to the design and construction management services, Pro Con also provided pre-construction and structural engineering services for the developer.
