Murray Hill Properties has completed 5,097 s/f lease at 155 Fifth Ave. Eveo Communications, Inc. will occupy the 5th floor of the building for five years. Nick Griffin of Winslow & Co. represented the tenant and David Greene and Louis Pappas of Murray Hill Properties represented the landlord.
