Pfeil of Pfeil & Co. reps owner, King, in 30,000 s/f retail lease to Big Lots

According to Eric King, owner of The Crossing, Big Lots will be opening a 30,000 s/f in-line store at the shopping center, located at exit 9 of I-87. Jeffrey Pfeil, president of J.W. Pfeil & Co. represented the owner. "I am very pleased that Big Lots has chosen The Crossing for its first Saratoga County store. They will be good for the other tenants, the county and the overall economy of this area," said King. The Crossing is a 550,000 s/f power center located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Exit 9 of I-87 and NYS Rte. 146. In addition to anchors Home Depot, Target, Petco, Michaels, Kohl's, OfficeMax and Exit 9 Wine & Liquors, The Crossing is also home to Red Robin, Cracker Barrel, Empire Vision, Famous Footwear, Wheatfields Bistro and a variety of independent retailers.
