Abergel of Arbor Commercial arranges $3.88 million Fannie Mae loan

Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC has funded a $3.88 million loan under the Fannie Mae DUS loan product line for the 72-unit complex known as Lakepointe Apartments. The 10-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule and carries a note rate of 5.75%. The loan was originated by Ronen Abergel, director, in Arbor's full-service New York lending office. "This was a new borrower for Arbor, and we look forward to growing this relationship and partnering with them on future projects," said Abergel.
