VIP names Wallace as a VP and McPeck as a manager

VIP Development Associates, Inc. appointed Chuck Wallace as VP of the real estate development firm. Wallace formerly worked at Edens & Avant Realty, Inc. in Boston as regional property manager. For VIP, Wallace will oversee all properties under the firm's management and assist in new real estate development projects. VIP also appointed Peg McPeck as manager, VIP Property Management. She will manage the day-to-day operations of properties under the firm's management.
