Friedman of Pliskin closes $1.9 million sale of 13,500 s/f

Mitchell Friedman, vice president of investment sales at Pliskin Realty & Development, recently closed a $1.9 million sale of a 13,500 s/f medical office building located at 160 Commack Rd. He represented the seller, MCT International, in the transaction. The three-story building, which is currently occupied with two vacancies, will be undergoing a total renovation inclusive of a new facade, interior carpeting, parking lot and landscaping.
