Hoffman, Lebenstein and Miller of Cassidy Turley lease 16,000 s/f

According to Cassidy Turley, Writers Guild of America, East (WGAE) signed a 15-year lease covering 16,000 s/f on a portion of the 7th floor at 250 Hudson St. Representing WGAE from Cassidy Turley were David Hoffman, Jr., executive managing director/principal, David Lebenstein, director of not-for-profit specialty practice group and Wendy Miller, managing director. The building's owner, Jack Resnick & Sons, was represented in house by Dennis Brady and Jonathan Dean.
