Levy and Schwartz of Adams & Co. brokers two leases: 28,000 s/f

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC brokered two lease renewals at 1071 Avenue of the Americas for a total of 28,000 s/f: a 10-year, 14,000 s/f lease for Bardwil Industries, Inc., and a 10-year, 14,000 s/f lease for Pacific Coast Feather Co.
In the Bardwil lease, David Levy and Jeffrey Schwartz of Adams & Co. represented the landlord while Jeffrey Peck of Studley, Inc. represented the tenant
In the Pacific Coast Feather lease, Levy and Schwartz represented the landlord while Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. represented the tenant.
