Lopez and Wadler of KDA arrange a 6,000 s/f lease

According to Neil Dolgin, co-president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA), the firm has arranged a 6,000 s/f lease of the entire one-story building at 54-03 46th St. in the Maspeth section for Marble Onyx Corp. Vincent Lopez and Jacques Wadler of KDA represented the tenant. Gary Diana of DY Realty Services, LLC represented the owner, GD Development Co. The new lease represents a relocation for Marble Onyx Corp. from Long Island City. The property at 54-03 46th St. features 4,000 s/f of high-ceiling warehouse space and 2,000 s/f of office space.
