Meet the NRC Members - Zendel

Richard Zendel, a principal at Citrin Cooperman & Co., has been advising clients in all facets of the real estate industry for 25 years. He provides accounting and auditing services for a large number of real estate clients, including developers, owners, operators, and investors of residential and commercial properties. He co-chairs the firm's real estate committee and is a member of the firm's legal committee. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, he received a bachelor's of business administration degree in Accounting.
