Meet the NYSCAR Members - Welch

Donald Welch, SIOR, is the president of DEW Real Estate, Inc. He is a licensed real estate broker in NYS, specializing in sales, leasing, commercial/industrial appraisals, syndications, tax-free and taxable real estate exchanges. Prior to DEW Real Estate, he served as a vice president at RE/MAX Commercial Properties. He is in involved in many various organizations, including SIOR, NAR, CIREB nd NYSCAR. He currently serves on the NYSCAR board of directors.
