In another successful deal, Joshua Roth of ZE Realty represented the tenant in the leasing of East Village retail space at 420 E. 14th St. to neighborhood pet supply store Petopia.
Situated in the residential neighborhood between 1st Ave. and Ave. A, the retail space has 1,400 s/f on the ground level with basement storage. Petopia, a pet supply store, which already has shops at 29 Ave. A, and 404 Third Ave. in Murray Hill is preparing to open in this new location by April.
"Petopia will be right at home in this unique retail space, located within a new condominium building in a bustling neighborhood," said Roth, a managing director at ZE Realty Group. "A variety of tenants can be found nearby, including supermarkets and neighborhood conveniences, ensuring that this pet supply store will be highly visible to the neighborhood's many pet owners and shoppers."
Nearby retailers include Associated Supermarket, The Vitamin Shoppe, Chase Bank and CVS. Lori Shabtai and Michael Gleicher of Winick Realty Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
