* A 1,485 s/f renewal at 411 Fifth Ave. for wholesale apparel company DMF Sales Co. Inc. Levy represented the landlord and tenant. Asking rents were $36 per s/f.
* A three-year, 5,336 s/f lease at 1071 Avenue of the Americas for advertising firm David Geller Associates Inc. Levy and Schwartz represented the tenant and landlord. Asking rents were $42 per s/f.
* A seven-year, 943 s/f renewal at 34 W. 33rd St. for children's wear company Pryorities NY Inc. Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord. Asking rents were $36 per s/f.
* A three-year, 1,680 s/f renewal at 34 W. 33rd St. for children's wear company NY Kids Showroom Inc. Levy and Maslin represented the tenant and landlord. Asking rents were $36 per s/f.
* A seven-year, 1,542 s/f renewal at 48 W. 37th St. for retail apparel store Exist Fashion Inc. Levy and Joey Friedman of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord. Asking rents were $95 per s/f.
