Family: Wife College: The Cooper Union, BArch, Columbia University, MSAAD First job outside of real estate: House painter, but since graduating from college I have always held a real estate related position. First job in real estate or allied field: Small firm in New York City. I worked on a conversion of a dormitory into a classroom building for a private middle school. What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Manage several projects, currently working on a ground up financial retail building. Continue to uncover new business opportunities to help grow the company. Hobbies: Taking walks, working on furniture designs, sketching ideas Favorite book: "Secret Life of Dust," Hannah Holmes Favorite movie: I have a lot of favorites; I would say at the top of the list is "Spirited Away" directed by Hayao Miyazaki. It's dreamy, magical and touches the heart. Person you admire most (outside of family): Dalai Lama Key to success: Finding a balance to be happy If you had to choose another vocation what would it be? Sculptor, or maybe a kung fu artist. (I really liked the character portrayal in the movie, "IP Man.")
