What are your predictions for commercial real estate in the new decade?
A successful commercial real estate sector is important to the survival of the business community. Government intervention & over-regulation is a detriment to success. The economy will begin to stabilize & expand once the banks have the incentive to extend lines of credit. Those L. of C.'s are needed since a business' ability to fully use leverage is critical to ensuring positive cash flow. That easing would be the major event we're all looking for.
