Rotter of Metro Realty Services completes 2 sales

David Rotter of Metro Realty Services, LLC has completed two sales. Tomco Mechanical Corp. a HVAC contractor has purchased 17,000 s/f of additional space at 125 State St. Rotter represented both the buyer and seller. All Fire and Rescue, an auto body company, purchased 13,300 s/f at 120 Otis St., West Babylon. Rotter represented the buyer and Mark DiMarsico of Greiner Maltz represented the seller.
