The Long Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has welcomed its 2010 officers and board of directors, who will oversee the organization's schedule of courses, seminars, receptions, golf outing, and member benefit initiatives. The officers for 2010 are: president Glenn Gabberty, SRA, Gabberty Appraisal Services; senior vice president Matthew Guzowski, MAI, Goodman Marks Associates; vice president William Kinn, MAI, Kinn Real Estate Counselors; secretary Kevin Timoney, MAI, Key Evaluation; and treasurer Gerard O'Connor, SRA, Apex Appraisal Services. We have a strong, experienced and talented board committed to serving our membership. The Appraisal Institute provides outstanding educational programs and networking opportunities that contribute to the career growth of appraisers in all levels of the appraisal industry.
