Thru the Lens: BEDC Seminar

Eric Altschul, associate director of leasing at CPEX Real Estate, sat on a panel for the Supermarket Attraction Seminar sponsored by the Brooklyn Economic Development Corp. (BEDC). The event was geared towards encouraging the development of supermarkets in underserved areas of the borough. The goal of the event was to facilitate the matching process for supermarket operators, brokers and community organizers. The panel discussion was moderated by Joan Bartolomeo, president of BEDC.
