Fuchs and Doshi of Besen & Associates complete $2.035 million sale

Hal Fuchs, senior director, and Amit Doshi, executive director of Besen & Associates, have sold 2073 Davidson Ave. for $2.035 million. The property is a five-story walk-up apartment building with 32 units. Attorney Seymour Hurwitz represented the purchaser, and Wayne Lopkin represented the seller.
