Rowe and Meril of FirstService Williams arrange 3,929 s/f lease

FirstService Williams New Jersey arranged a five-year, 3,929 s/f office lease on behalf of PVM Oil Associates Inc. at 5 Marine View Plaza. Hoboken Associates, LP is the landlord. PVM Oil Associates is relocating its N.J. office within the building, moving from the second floor to the third floor. Nearly doubling its space, PVM Oil Associates will relocate in February. Doug Rowe and Leslie Meril of FirstService Williams led the negotiations on behalf of PVM Oil Associates. Glenn DiGiacomo represented the landlord internally.
