Willig recommended for gen. counsel of N.Y. State Housing Finance Agency

Priscilla Almodovar, president and chief executive officer of the New York State Housing Finance Agency, (HFA), the State of N.Y. Mortgage Agency (SONYMA), and its affiliated agencies, will recommend Joy Willig to be appointed general counsel for the agencies.
