Meridian Capital Group recently arranged a $1 million refinancing of the 80-unit, three-story Parc One Apartments. Jim Bologna of Meridian's New Jersey office secured borrower Parc One LLC a 10-year fixed-term loan with a 30-year amortization at a rate of 5.38% through a local portfolio lender.
Meridian also recently arranged $22.5 million for the refinance of a large Rockland County multifamily property. The property consists of over 350 residential units. Israel Schubert of Meridian's New Jersey office negotiated with a portfolio lender to secure the borrower a non-recourse, 10-year fixed term loan with 30-year amortization schedule at a rate of 5.625%.
