Bucci of Hemisphere sells 36-unit Countryside Townhouses for $1.55m

Andrea Bucci, eastern region sales manager at Hemisphere Holdings Corp., brokered the $1.55 million sale of the Countryside Townhouses. Financing for the 36-unit property was placed by First Niagara Bank. AJN Properties, LLC was the seller and Cedarwood Townhomes, LLC was the buyer in the transaction.
