Pavia Real Estate Services has brokered five sales totaling $1.25 million and a 6,696 s/f lease. The deals include: * The $150,000 sale of 1110 Ney Ave. The property, a 6,696 s/f free-standing building, was sold to 1110 Ney Ave. LLC. The seller was Sacred Heart Church Diocese of Syracuse. Dominic Pavia of Pavia represented the buyer. * A 6,696 s/f, seven-year lease at 1110 Ney Ave. The tenant is Mohawk Valley Community Action and the landlord is 1110 Ney Ave. LLC. * The $350,000 sale of 5950 Taberg Rd., Rome. The 5,000 s/f free-standing building, on two acres, was sold to Michael DeShane. The seller was Ann Bordiuk. Jeff Crannell of Pavia represented the buyer and the seller. * The $275,000 sale of 110 Dry Rd., Whitestown. The 10,200 s/f warehouse building was sold to MTC Apparatus, Inc. The seller was Conventya, Inc. Pavia represented the seller and John Jweid represented the buyer. * The $135,000 sale of 401 East German St., Herkime. The 14,364 s/f building was sold to Gateway Properties. The seller was Castle Enterprises of Herkimer, Inc. Jweid represented the buyer and Jeff Crannell represented the seller. * The $300,000 sale of 421 Broad St., Utica. The 37,500 s/f building was sold to Mike Pezzolanella. The seller was Cobblestone Construction. Pavia represented both the buyer and seller.
