New York Commercial Real Estate names Hurney as R.E. associate broker

New York Commercial Real Estate, Ltd., a full-service commercial real estate company providing comprehensive services including office, industrial, retail and investment property sales and leasing, land development, build-to-suit, and property management services, announced the appointment of Daniel Hurney as licensed real estate associate broker. In this role, Hunrey will concentrate in the areas of investment sales, land sales and office and retail leasing. Prior to joining New York Commercial Real Estate, Hurney served as a real estate sales associate with Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate and a property manager for its affiliate, Soundview Property Management, managing commercial and residential properties. Additionally, he helped establish the commercial division for Century 21 Sterling and also opened his own company, HD Commercial Real Estate.
