Fetscher of Great American Brokerage completes transaction

Paul Fetscher CCIM, SCLS, president of Great American Brokerage has executed another transaction. This time for Metro PCS. Metro PCS is a wireless phone provider. The location is on Montauk Highway. Metro PCS is new to the New York Metro area. The firm has won significant market share in major Southern U.S. markets. Fetscher continues to seek additional locations. Lori Beldiny of Coldwell Banker, also a member of LICN, represented the landlord.
