Silber Investment Props. sell Centereach Plaza

Silber Investment Properties, Ltd. recently sold "Centereach Plaza", located on Middle Country Rd. The 48,000 s/f shopping center was home to Island Recreational Pools, Sleepy's, OTB, Sherwin Williams, and others. The property, formerly owned by Harrow's, is 3.66 acres, located on the Northwest corner of Eastwood Road. It is adjacent to Kimco's Centereach Mall that is home to tenants including Wal-Mart, Modell's, and the Olive Garden. The seller was an out of state entity. The purchaser was a local private investor. The deal closed at $8.8 million, with Adam Silber and Clem Cote' representing both the buyer and seller.
