CBRE/Albany in collaboration with CresaPartners Boston has assisted with the negotiation of an 8,636 s/f office lease for Camp, Dresser & McKee, Inc. (CDM) at 11 British American Blvd. Negotiations on behalf of CDM were handled by Joseph Leavens of CBRE/Albany. The landlord is British American Development Co.
